Customer Quality

Integrated within our Client's Quality Team, we manage customer quality interactions, complaint resolution, and subcontractor oversight under industrial regulations. We apply root cause analysis (QRQC, 5W, 8D), corrective action follow-up, FAI and pre-series management, and KPI-driven reporting. We ensure seamless communication between clients, internal engineering, industrialization, and supply chain teams.

Supplier Quality Development

In partnership with the "Supplier Quality Team" at our Customer site, we ensure preventive quality, continuous improvement, and APQP/PPAP compliance. We develop experience in supplier selection, assessment, and negotiation, managing industrialization and serial production processes, validating FAI, and overseeing non-conformance management (QRQC, 8D, 5W). together with APQP/PPAP tools, FMEA, control plans, process capability, and technical auditing.

Internal Quality Assessment

In collaboration with the Production Team of our Client, we ensure preventive and continuous improvement of manufactured products while meeting cost and lead-time requirements. We apply our skills in part monitoring, non-conformance management, and cross-functional collaboration across design,  industrialization. We deploy problem-solving methods (QRQC, 8D, 5W) and quality tools (Red Alert, PDI) at production entities.

Sub-Tier Quality improvement

Upon Client's request, we can certainly develop action plans and risk assessments at Client's supplier, ensuring alignment with needed requirements across quality, purchasing, and R&D. We provide guidance at supplier's premises, we track daily progress, coordinate stakeholder communication, and implemented AMDEC on impacted products.
